For Flagstaff In-Store Pickups we simply ask you follow and understand these rules before selecting this option:

  • In-store Pickup requires a MINIMUM processing window of 2 business days and shipping window of 2 business days. This is to allow our team to process your order, and grab your items. Your order will not be available before this amount of time has passed. 
  • You will receive a phone call from our Newport Beach store once your order is ready for pickup.
  • For efficient pickup, you MUST have your Order Number with you when you pickup in store. We will NOT be able to locate your order without this information!
  • If you order after 3pm PST, the next day is automatically considered the first processing day.
Our Return Policy remains the same for In-store Pickup with these important notes:
  • The return policy is two weeks regardless of when you pickup your items. It is two weeks from the day they are made available in store that you have to return them for store credit.
  • Once you have selected In-store Pickup, you can not request/change your order. It will not be available for shipment once it has been transferred to a store.
